Our founder, Kowiyat “Mayo” Ajimobi, knows this journey intimately. As a young, ambitious woman navigating the entrepreneurial space, she faced (and faces) the struggles so many of us know too well…
But in those moments of struggle, she found power in sisterhood, in the belief that women are not broken and don’t need fixing, but need resources, they need visibility, and they need the courage to own their stories.
I'm still doing my full-time job and juggling many responsibilities, but after joining TLP+ and securing the free brand and website opportunity, I received my first high-ticket client. The best part is I haven't even started doing targeted outreach yet.

In 2023, The Lady Powerhouse CIC was born, a community of ambitious women determined to dream bigger, break barriers, and create businesses and lives that they can enjoy and be proud of.
Today, TLP is more than a community… We are home for aspiring and early-stage female founders, a safe space for women to step into their full potential, not just through business development, but through personal transformation.
