£10,000 Monthly Grant for Black & Brown Women Entrepreneurs in the UK
Access to funding remains one of the biggest barriers for under-represented entrepreneurs, particularly Black and Brown women in the UK. That’s why the FundHerShip Grant is a game-changer!
Operated by OmegaSeven Global Ltd, this monthly £10,000 grant provides a direct funding stream exclusively for Black and Brown women entrepreneurs across the UK. This post breaks down what FundHerShip is, why it matters for your business, how you apply, and how you can maximise the opportunity if you’re eligible!
But before we get started, we want to give a huge congratulations to TLP member Bukky Ayoade, who was the July/August recipient of the grant 🥳.

What is FundHerShip?
The FundHerShip Grant offers a powerful opportunity for Black and Brown women entrepreneurs in the UK, awarding £10,000 each month to support the growth, expansion or sustainability of their businesses.
At the end of the year, one of the 12 monthly winners is selected through a public vote to receive an additional £25,000 to further amplify their impact. Far from being positioned as charity, the initiative is framed as a meaningful investment in the innovation, resilience and entrepreneurial excellence of Black and Brown women.
The grant is open to Black and Brown women who are UK residents (and in some cases EU residents) who are running a business, project or idea that could benefit from this transformative support.
Why it matters for Black & Brown Women Entrepreneurs
FundHerShip is intentionally breaking the funding barrier that has long kept Black and Brown women on the outskirts of traditional funding methods.
From structural bias to limited networks and misalignment between funders and founders, this grant (created by and for the community) offers a new way of doing things!
It proves that there are countless qualified Black and Brown women founders, and what’s needed are mechanisms that truly serve them - this is not a pipeline problem!

How FundHerShip Works: The Mechanics
Eligibility & Application
Applicants must identify as a Black or Brown woman, be 18 + and running a business or project in the UK (or EU in some cases).
There is a £20 application fee. Importantly, 100% of that fee goes into the grant fund (i.e., the pot that funds the £10k each month).
The application asks for: your full name, business or project name, what you’re working on, how the grant will impact you.
Grant Award & Selection
One recipient each month receives the £10,000 grant.
At year-end, one of the monthly recipients wins an additional £25,000 via public vote.
The grant is positioned as no equity taken, no loan repayment required, simply access to capital to accelerate your business vision.
Over To You!
The FundHerShip Grant is a powerful and timely opportunity for Black and Brown women entrepreneurs in the UK to access meaningful funding without the traditional barriers. Beyond monthly financial awards, it represents a broader commitment to equity, opportunity, and community growth.
